About the Program:

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) works towards improving the performance and profitability of an organization by increasing process efficiency and eliminating waste using the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology. Six Sigma DMAIC is a short form of Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control. There are different levels of training and certification within the Six Sigma system, including the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (LSSYB), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (LSSMBB). 

Learning Objectives - Upon successful completion of lean six sigma green belt training and Certification Program:

The participant will be able to analyze and solve problems pertaining to process variation. Training on various statistical tools will help the participants to determine the relationship between key inputs and process outputs. Understanding and application of Lean concepts like 5S, Muda identification, Poka-Yoke will help eliminate / reduce losses there by bringing a lot of savings for the organization. 

Program Registration Date: The program registration will close 48 hours before the scheduled program date or on reaching the maximum number of participants for that program.

Process of Training & Certification:

  1. Register for the program.
  2. We will send you the Pre-Learning Material as a softcopy which you should go through before the program.
  3. We will send you the links for a) downloading the Complete Courseware as a softcopy b) for attending the training program and c) for taking the Online exam.
  4. Attend the program between 10:00hrs to 18:00hrs Indian Standard Time (+5.5hrs GMT) from any where in the world on all the training days.
  5. Take the Online Exam (Comprising of 50 Multiple Choice Questions) and score more than 70%.
  6. You will receive the soft copy of your LSSGB certificate within 2-3 working days after clearing the exam
